The nitty-gritty:

-Because there are so few spots and once a spot is taken it cannot be reopened, there are NO REFUNDS WITHIN 7 DAYS of the course start 2/7/2021.

-Because there are so few students in the group your presence is vital. We understand that life happens, but please try to be on each Zoom call all 5 Sundays. That said, we understand emergencies give little to no warning and each session will be recorded and shared with the group.

-This is a huge and beautiful gift to yourself. As such, this is a big invitation to show up for yourself. The inner critic and her Itty-Bitty-Shitty-Committee will try to sabotage you in a multitude of ways. ASK FOR HELP. That is what Heather is here for! Even if you just email saying, "I need help but don't know how or why" or "I am spinning and can't seem to stop." Whatever seems to be going on, if you find yourself struggling to show up, or follow through, reach out! You are not on this journey alone.

-You are already worthy and enough to be on this journey. You belong here. You are ready. You are not alone. It's ok if you do not yet feel/believe this...just know this is how you are being treated from here on out!
